That’s a good point. Gaslighting and passive aggressiveness are two of the bully’s favorite tools. Both, by design, conceal themselves. Calling out gaslighting and passive aggressiveness can be difficult if not impossible. Worse still, sometimes observers will take the bully’s side too.
