RO3. Great concept. Yes, it is the messy middle that we need to fight for. The ones on the top are already on board, and the ones at the bottom are not interested. The ones in the middle will make or break you here.
Tell me how it works for you. I do find that the RO3 is more present the larger the group. I don’t have an absolute minimum, but I would guess around 25. The recalcitrants are—not surprisingly—much more prevalent in proportion to the amount of dysfunction in the organization.
I’ve definitely never considered people in these groups before. But I’m going to start looking at things a little differently to make sure we’re putting our energies in the right place

It’s human nature to try to bring everyone along starting with the bottom, but it’s doomed to fail.
