I am glad you don't think about loyalty much. That says a lot about your values. Sadly, many people in power hold loyalty in the highest esteem, and the results are disastrous.
It's not a productive qualifier the more I think about it. I always return to trust as the foundation. Someone I trust is also allowed and encouraged to tell me where I am wrong. Loyalty makes that a sticky subject.
