Incredibly creative! I'm glad you used the phrase "ebb and flow" at the end relative to culture. That's what was in my head when I was reading the first half and trying to figure out how you would translate this to leadership. It's so true, and there's an element of awe (wonder) in both these scenarios. When these non-efficient, go-with-the-flow phenomena happen and happen well, they are truly beautiful to observe. Culture is just like that.
