Healthy debate and conflict are foundational to a strong team. Of course, it can't happen without underlying trust and genuine relationships among the team members. At some point, there must be a decision, and often, we must disagree and commit, but it's still an important step to get all of the information on the table from those closest to the action. Empowering folks to simply feel seen and heard makes a HUGE difference, even if nothing is directly done with their input.

I really like this approach, and telling the story around it was powerful and real. The approach seems to have commonality with Action Learning Sets, which aren't used nearly enough
